Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please return any merchandise that you decide not to keep within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be sure to include your cash register receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items must be in good condition and saleable upon return. Cottontail Quilts will credit your account for the amount of the returned item only. If you have purchased an item from our online store, you will be responsible for paying the shipping expense for returning the item.
Non-returnable Items: Fabric is not typically resold, so we will not accept returns on fabrics of any kind. Any item that is copyrighted, such as patterns and books, may not be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: You may return any item that is damaged in shipping. Cottontail Quilts will replace the item and pay for reshipping the item to you. This also applies to any item that was shipped in error.
